BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to amend conditions on Ordinance Nos. 9152 and 9166 on: A tract of land located at 7647 and 7655 East Brainerd Road, being on the northeast line of East Brainerd Road southeast of Meadow Lark Lane. Two unplatted tracts, being the properties described in deed book 992, page 432, ROHC, and deed book 4400, page 143, ROHC. Tax Map No. 159I-A-14 and 15. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Proposed Chattanooga Landscape Ordinance Standards; 2. Dedication of right-of-way as required by City Engineer; 3. Ingress and egress points to be approved by the City Engineer; 4. The areas reserved for utility easements must be kept free and clear of all structures; and 5. All other existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
